Function
Organizational change
Senior business consultant is responsible to Develop and execute change management approaches within transformation and change initiatives.
Strengthen employee engagement and motivation throughout periods of change.
Assess change impact on employees, teams, and leadership. Design and implement interventions aimed at (i) understanding and acceptance of change and (ii) strengthening leadership capability in change.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s or Master’s level of thinking and working, with a minimum of 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services
– Proven experience in managing and leading complex programs (lead time ~12 months or longer)
– Ability to think strategically and provide advice to senior management
– Strong analytical, communication, and conceptual skills
– Affinity for collaboration and stakeholder management
– Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel
– Good command of both Dutch and English
– Experience with IT projects/programs is a plus
