Using only selected job boards and social media, to source quality candidates. We only recommended candidates with whom we have already established a good relationship. I am proactive in sourcing, selection of candidates,
interviewing, etc… and I thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being hands-on. I like to do business in an informal manner, while building up long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
