Function
The Platform Identity & Access Management Engineer is responsible for the engineering, support and continuous improvement of the organization’s Identity & Access Management (IAM). The role ensures this security platforms remain secure, reliable, and available while enabling secure access and trusted communications across the enterprise.
Description of Activities
• Engineer and support IAM platforms (e.g. ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD).
• Knowledge of federation protocols (OAuth, SAML, OIDC) & Kerberos
• Application integration, knowledge of upgrade and troubleshooting of authentication, federation issues.
• Perform platform maintenance and automation.
• Monitor platform health, security, and availability.
• Drive continuous improvements in platform security, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Expected Results (SMART)
• Ensure 99.9%+ availability of IAM, PKI and Certificate Lifecycle Management platforms.
• Achieve timely resolution of incidents and service requests in line with agreed SLAs.
• Maintain 100% compliance with certificate renewal and lifecycle management processes, minimizing unplanned certificate expirations.
• Deliver secure and timely implementation of platform upgrades, patches and configuration changes.
• Increase automation of operational activities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Ensure platforms remain secure, compliant and aligned with internal security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of platform stability, resilience, performance and operational processes.
• Produce and maintain accurate technical documentation and operational procedures to support sustainable platform operations.

Desired Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cyber Security or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, or Platform Security engineering.
• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock, Ping Identity and or any other access management tools
• Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell and/or Python).
• Knowledge of any programming knowledge JAVA, Python preferred
• Relevant certifications (preferred), such as Microsoft Identity, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, ITIL, CISSP related certifications.
