We are currently looking for a temporary AFAS specialist to join our HR application maintenance team. With several key projects next to business as usual, the team is in need of extra capacity for the coming year.
You will help us to ‘change finance by financing change’, by maintaining our AFAS set-up and integration to ensure a great co-worker experience while safeguarding compliance. Your key responsibilities include:
– Provide support to co-workers and HR colleagues with technical questions and perform issue resolution.
– Provide input to key projects from an AFAS perspective; e.g. in the implementation of our international HR system.
– Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
– 5+ years of experience configuring AFAS and integrations with other systems.
– Extensive experience with pay components in AFAS.
– Experience with Workday is nice to have.
– Experience with troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user support.
– Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
– Experience with system upgrades, testing, and related documentation.
Your future colleagues
You will cooperate closely with your colleagues in the HR application maintenance team and other HR Service Delivery teams such as the HR Officers, HR Data and Payroll. Furthermore, you work with IT and HR specialist teams.
