This initiativeincludes the design and implementation of end-to-end processes supportingacquisition, contract renewal, and in-life services such as cease (ofindividual subscriptions), deepsell (adding new subscriptions), and associatedsupport processes.
This program is a top-line priorityinitiative and aims to strengthen our market position by offering astreamlined, scalable, and future-proof solution to business customers. To helpdrive this forward, we are looking for a Senior Business Consultant whocan bring structure, convergence, and clarity to a complex environmentinvolving multiple stakeholders with different perspectives and priorities.
Function
As Senior Business Consultant, youwill play a pivotal role in shaping the business processes and requirements forthe new business mobile proposition. You will be part of a multidisciplinaryimplementation team that includes a Progress Lead, a Saga Owner, and a LeadSolution Architect. Together, this team is responsible for delivering acoherent, business-ready solution within an agile delivery framework.
Your coreresponsibilities will include:
- Leading the analysis and documentation of clear, actionable business requirements across the customer lifecycle: acquisition, renewal, in-life service management, and support.
- Driving convergence in process and requirements design, working across a wide range of stakeholders (including customer journey specialists, requirements analysts, commercial and technical teams).
- Evaluating incoming change and design requests, assessing their value and feasibility, and maintaining focus on project scope and priorities.
- Acting as a ‘closer’—bringing together divergent inputs and facilitating consensus to achieve complete and sound designs.
- Working closely with the Lead Solution Architect to ensure alignment between business and technical design.
- Taking a hands-on role in writing requirements, mapping processes, and validating design assumptions where needed.
- Ensuring that business designs are mature and complete ahead of quarterly planning cycles, supporting timely and efficient delivery within our agile setup.
- Supporting test preparation, implementation planning, and readiness activities during later project phases.
- This is a high-impact role that demandsboth strategic insight and hands-on delivery.

Education & Experience
· Master’s degree in BusinessAdministration, Information Management, Engineering, or related field.
· At least 5 years of experienceas a Senior Business Analyst or similar role in large-scale transformationprograms.
· Experience intelecoms—especially mobile voice and business subscriptions—is highlydesirable.
· Familiarity with B2B productdevelopment and related sales & support processes (e.g. deepsell, renewals,service support).
· Strong proficiency in processmapping, requirement gathering techniques, and stakeholder management.
· Familiarity with tools likeJira, Confluence and Signavio is a plus.
