Senior Project Manager Infrastructure & Cloud Migration

Program Management & Delivery

• Lead end to end infrastructure and cloud migration programs from initiation through closure
• Define program scope, objectives, success criteria, and delivery approach
• Develop and manage integrated master plans including milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
• Own program financials including budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
• Establish and operate governance structures such as steering committees, change control, and escalation processes
• Drive decision making through data analysis, trade off assessment, and stakeholder alignment

The Infrastructure and Cloud Migration Project Manager leads complex infrastructure transformation initiatives spanning on-premises environments, hybrid platforms, and public cloud services. The role is responsible for program delivery excellence across discovery, design, build, migration, cutover, and stabilization phases, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

This role coordinates crossfunctional teams, external vendors, and senior stakeholders to deliver infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, hosting migrations, and data center transformation programs, while maintaining business continuity and operational stability.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Program Management and Delivery
• Lead end-to-end infrastructure and cloud migration programs from initiation through closure
• Define program scope, objectives, success criteria, and delivery approach
• Develop and manage integrated master plans including milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
•  Own program financials including budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
• Establish and operate governance structures such as steering committees, change control, and escalation processes
• Drive decisionmaking through data analysis, tradeoff assessment, and stakeholder alignment

Infrastructure and Cloud Program Coordination
• Orchestrate cloud migration and hosting transformation programs across public cloud and hybrid platforms
• Manage onpremises infrastructure initiatives including data center consolidation, modernization, and decommissioning
• Coordinate discovery and assessment phases covering asset inventories, dependency mapping, and readiness analysis
• Plan and execute migrations and cutovers with minimal business disruption and approved rollback strategies
• Coordinate multisite and multiregion programs across offices, manufacturing sites, and data centers
• Manage infrastructure separation or carveout activities where required

Stakeholder and Vendor Management
• Lead engagement with senior stakeholders and executive steering committees
• Manage relationships with system integrators, cloud providers, and technology vendors
• Govern statements of work (SOWs), delivery milestones, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate collaboration across infrastructure, application, security, and business teams
• Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external delivery partners

Risk, Quality and Change Management
• Maintain comprehensive risk and issue registers with proactive mitigation strategies
• Drive issue resolution through structured escalation and corrective action management
• Manage scope changes through impact analysis, approval workflows, and baseline control
• Ensure quality assurance through testing coordination, validation, and acceptance signoff
• Safeguard business continuity through cutover planning, disaster recovery alignment, and service restoration processes

Communications and Reporting
• Produce clear and concise executive level status reports, dashboards, and decision papers
• Lead program reviews, working sessions, and milestone checkpoints
• Coordinate golive communications, service notifications, and hypercare support
• Support organizational change management through structured communications and adoption planning
