Function
Leads overall data migration across several ICS Data migration initiatives in alignment with business transformation priorities, and coordination across internal IT, external BPO vendors and ABN AMRO stakeholders.

Requirements
– A university/HBO level education with ~15+ years of relevant work experience and relevant experience with complex data/migration programs
– Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
– Extensive project/programme management experience, preferably in financial institutions.
– Highly experienced in stakeholder management at the most senior level: EXBO.
– Experience in- and extensive knowledge of different methodologies, such as Agile and Prince2.
– Understanding of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
– Knowledge of data warehouses, data lakes, and data mesh concepts
– Familiarity with data & analytical engineering and data architecture principles
– Knowledge of data management and governance principles like DMBOK
– The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
– Professional skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
– Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch is a must.
