Leads individual IT integration, data migration, and IT‑enabling projects, managing scope, planning, execution, and risks, and ensuring delivery in line with the agreed IT integration and migration roadmap..

The Expert Lead Transformation ensures that multiple complex transformation streams—such as data migration, systems integration, business process migration, operating model change, and vendor transition—are delivered in a controlled, compliant, and value-driven manner.
Requirements
• HBO/WO working and thinking level, minimum 8-12 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial services.
• Demonstrable experience in managing and directing complex change IT/Data programs. (Lead time ~12 months or longer).
• Able to contribute strategically and provide advice to senior management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and conceptual skills.
• Focused on collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Good skills with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
