Function
The Expert Lead Transformation is, in close collaboration with the Program Manager Transformation, responsible for initiating, designing, and leading the Hearts Transformation Plan (2026–2028). This role translates strategic objectives into a coherent, executable end‑to‑end transformation plan covering the full Hearts BPO scope.
The Expert Lead Transformation ensures that multiple complex transformation streams—such as data migration, systems integration, business process migration, operating model change, and vendor transition—are delivered in a controlled, compliant, and value-driven manner.
Requirements
- A university/HBO level education with ~15+ years of relevant work experience, preferably with a background in consultancy.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Extensive project/programme management experience, preferably in financial institutions.
- Highly experienced in stakeholder management at the most senior level: EXBO.
- Experience in- and extensive knowledge of different methodologies, such as Agile and Prince2.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Professional skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch is a must.
