Information Security Supplier Contract Remediation.
Extensive experience working within Procurement
Manage and track supplier commercial negotiations and execution for the implementation of Information Security requirements.
Enforcing the Supplier Governance Framework
Maintaining Stakeholder relationships
A strong risk mindset
Requirements
Drive the contract remediation of our supplier together with Procurrrement team.
-3+ years of contract management
-Understand laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting supplier contract compliance.
-Meticulous in reviewing contracts and supplier documents for accuracy and completeness.
-Ability to assess information security risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
-Excellent verbal and written skills for conveying compliance requirements and collaborating with stakeholders.
-Proficient in managing multiple contracts, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
-Skilled in negotiating contract terms to align with compliance standards.
