The senior business analyst will play a crucial role in bringing together various teams (IT, process management, and data). The current business analyst is too junior, so they are looking for someone with at least five years of experience who is highly independent, a critical thinker, and proactive.

The main tasks include:

-Bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
-Collecting and analyzing business and functional requirements.
-Performing gap and impact analyses.
-Communicating with various stakeholders, including contractors, solution designers, and management.
-Supporting Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
-Working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
