We are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Management System (BMS) Engineer to join our team. The core responsibility in coming period, to deliver our new headquarter in 2027. As a BMS Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of building management systems, ensuring optimal performance. You will collaborate with a diverse team to deliver innovative solutions for smart buildings and sustainable operations.
The day-to-day activities of the team involve configuration of SaaS products and Software in our own internal cloud, ensuring our physical test street is up to par, and interaction our workplace management business to deliver new requirements

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement building management systems tailored to client needs.
Configuration of our Windows Servers running on VM’s in our internal cloud
Capable of interacting with our networking team to configure the network for the BMS systems (IT Networking skills)
Perform system integration and commissioning of software.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance.
Conduct regular system maintenance and upgrades to ensure functionality and compliance.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Create documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in building management systems design, installation, and maintenance is a nice to have
Knowledge of programming languages and tools related to BMS (e.g., BACnet, Modbus).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Configuration of Windows Servers (running on PCSNG ABN AMRO cloud)
Networking skills to interact with CISO/Networking team to setup the network for the systems, incl network segmentation
Dutch language preferred
