Function
Responsibilities:
– The contractor is responsible developing the API layer for the CISO NSS homegrown tool for enabling secure connectivity.
– The contractor will further develop the CISO homegrown tool for delivering towards the visibility of public exposure for the bank
– Collaborate to design and implement API layer for our in-house built network security monitoring tool, ensuring seamless integration and efficient data retrieval.
– Participate in automation efforts to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention in network security operations.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
– Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools using PowerShell and C# to automate repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
– Implement secure coding practices, unit testing, and quality gates to ensure the reliability and integrity of automation solutions.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– Proficiency in PowerShell scripting with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
– Programming skills in C# with practical experience.
– Familiarity with secure coding practices, unit testing, and implementing quality gates, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
– Experience with Azure YML pipelines and Azure configuration using command line and API, with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience.
– Prior experience with Azure Infra as Code using Bicep/Terraform is highly desirable.
– Knowledge of data analytics and data science techniques for deriving insights and optimizing automation processes.
– Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment, ability to reach an agreement on requirements and solutions in communications with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
– Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
– Information security professional qualifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, Microsoft AZ-305, Microsoft SC-100 is nice to have, not mandatory
– Experience working in complex (e.g., regulated and/or enterprise) environments,
– Experience with complicated audit related issues
– Knowledge of and hands-on experience using and analysing large data using Power BI,
– Desire for continuous improvement, always curious
