Function
Your primary assignment will be to assess the impact of the strategic projects on the security posture of the bank, and the functioning of services our CISO department provides, and advice on which topics of the projects need to be addressed in which order. But we also need you to build bridges and connect different views and opinions into one direction. You will work together with many colleagues and teams, as you align business objectives with IT objectives. As a sparring partner you will help the different architects within the Technology department, Grid Owners and Product Owners with the right cadres and solutioning. But you also coach, guide and monitor the agile delivery teams in their solution design and actual implementation activities, to ensure that the solution intents are delivered. In doing so, you also make sure that key non-functional requirements, such as security standards are complied with.
– Coach agile development teams making the right architectural decisions in a landscape transformation but also able to provide clear guidance when needed
– Help the development teams to cut big changes in small user stories and shippable products
– Work together with several departments, teams and various technologies
– That you continuously learn from theory, or every now and then from mistakes you or others make
Requirements
You have extensive knowledge on IT, IT architecture, and information security and have worked at least 5 years as an IT Architecture role.
We expect you to:
– Have a university or Bsc degree
– Have experience in creating solution architectures / solution intents
– Have a thorough understanding of (digital) identities, RBAC/ABAC, authentication protocols, electronic signing
– Have good analytical and communication skills
– Are able to drive a solution
– Like keeping stakeholders aligned and their concerns addressed
– Are experienced in the DevOps & Agile way of working
It would be great if you:
– Understand and have experience with Microsoft Azure services
– Have worked in the field of software engineering
– Are Togaf and Archimate certified
– Have some security certification like CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CEH, etc.
