Function

We are seeking a Business Developer to support the integration of ABF (applications, systems, and processes) into the AAB landscape. This role is crucial in ensuring that both technical and business processes remain supported during and after integration.

We are seeking a medior/senior-level Business Analyst who is analytical, curious, and communicative, with the ability to challenge and explore diverse solutions.

Support Program Initiatives: Act as a change driver within the program, ensuring that ABF applications and processes integrate seamlessly into the AAB landscape.
Data Mapping: Collaborate on aligning attributes and data models to ensure compatibility and consistency between systems.
Business Process Optimization: Help identify and maintain critical business processes that run through ABF applications, ensuring they stay functional during the integration.
Policy Contribution: Assist in managing and documenting policies that underpin integration efforts.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various teams and grids within the AAB organization, contributing to coordination and alignment across all stakeholders.
Problem-solving: Provide input and ideas to resolve integration challenges and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to integration strategies and processes, supporting the program’s goals and objectives.

Requirements

Skills

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Developer, or in a similar role within a complex environment.
Experience in IT/IT development and familiarity with technical systems.
Strong background in working with data, including data mapping, data models, and a robust understanding of data management.
Experience in understanding and contributing to policies and policy documentation.
Knowledge and experience in the financial industry/banking sector is a pre.
Familiarity with lease and commercial finance products and processes, especially in relation to data management, is a plus.
