Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to develop complex and innovative features using a mix of out-of-the-box Salesforce/Vlocity capabilities and custom development.
Design, implement, and review code to ensure high quality and comprehensive coverage across solutions.
Support and mentor team members in problem-solving, design analysis, and peer reviews.
Stay up to date with new Salesforce/Vlocity features and proactively recommend improvements.
Play an active role in defining the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for each feature release.
Take ownership of incident resolution in our DevOps environment and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Deep expertise in Salesforce or Java, with at least 5 years of professional experience.
Strong understanding of standard Salesforce features vs. custom development needs.
Solid knowledge of CRM concepts and experience with Visualforce, Apex, SOQL, SOSL.
Proficiency in object-oriented design and design patterns.
Familiarity with databases and SQL.
Experience working with REST APIs.
Passion for clean, maintainable code and scalable architecture.
Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Angular (or other JS frameworks), CSS, HTML5, Python (preferred), NodeJS.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and IDEs such as Eclipse for Salesforce development.
Hands-on experience with Vlocity (CPQ, DataRaptor, OmniScript, Integration Procedures) is a plus.
Hands-on experience Github Co pilot
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
