Then we are looking for you for the role of Business Analyst , or also called Requirements Engineer! As a Business analyst, you will be part of the four teams that jointly design, build and manage all the identification and authentication front-end services for the ABN AMRO app and Internet Banking, you will work for the three business Product Owners of those four teams. We work on new and existing functionalities related to Identification and Authentication in both web and app. So items like logon, device binding, hard tokens, signing and confirmation are your passion and proven expertise.
You are proactively in conversation with stakeholders and perform customer validations to find out how a process like device binding and signing works best digitally. You are a star in working out these processes in a structured way. You organize workshops to find out requirements, consult with the architect for the solutions and make a clear overview of systems and resources that we touch and need. You know how to document and explain the processes in such a way that our Product Owners and developers in the teams can get started immediately.

Knowledge management by creating and updating Confluence
Update portfolio in Azure Boards and Jira Align
Analyse (trend of) use/performance of our service connections and other relevant monitoring
Internal communication and explanation about our needs to colleagues which services we (will) consume
Follow internal and external trends and (improvement) opportunities, this leads to concrete proposals on the backlogs of the teams
Business value is defined and elaborated for wishes that the teams can tackle
Participates and organizes design thinking activities together with the teams
Requirements
You have completed an education at HBO/WO level and at least 5 years of experience in a digital environment
Proven experience as Requirements engineer or Business Analyst.
Proven knowledge and experience in the field of digital Identification and Authentication services in a corporate setting is a must.
You have a strong analytical background (experienced in process modelling, making business value concrete, writing user stories possibly substantiated with visio/ draw i.o, describing and recording process flows), using the right methods to collect and record customer wishes (workshops, customer research);
You pick things up quickly and like to get things done, you work independently and you know your way around easily
Good communication skills where you dare to ask the right questions about the problem and solution, you are not easily discouraged and you also know how to explain business concepts to technical audiences at all levels in our organization.
You know how to handle confidential (customer) data
You work in detail and accurately and enable everything to describe a sharp solution for the developers;
You are flexible and can easily switch between the different subjects;
You are self-reflective and work actively and openly on your personal development;
