We are searching for a Product Owner (PO) for the Digital Forms teams of ABN AMRO. Are you looking for a Product Owner role in which you can make a big impact and own forms which are used by thousands of customers every day? Then this might just be the role for you.
Your job
As Product Owner, you will be responsible for managing the core teams that work on Digital Forms. These teams are located within the new Grid (department) Customer Interaction & Conversational. Within this Grid you are part of the subdepartment Digital Forms, Content & Knowledge Services.
As a Grid we have four Digital Forms teams that together own 300 digital forms via which prospects and customers can interact with us as a bank. Customers can perform a variety of actions via these forms, such as opening a bank account or checking which credit card suits their situation best. Your teams are responsible for creating, maintaining and optimizing these digital forms in the best way possible.
The four Digital Forms teams are currently managed by two Product Owners of whom one is retiring next year. You will replace this Product Owner by gradually taking over both his teams. We are searching for a Product Owner who can therefore as soon as possible take over one of the Digital Forms Core teams and can take over the second Digital Forms Core team towards the end of 2025/start of 2026 (exact moment to be aligned between the to-be Product Owner, current Product Owner and Lead Product Owner).
Results
As a Product Owner, you will collaborate closely with (senior) stakeholders who have business wishes that can be fulfilled via Digital Forms. You make sure these wishes are prioritized and translated into concrete deliveries together with your teams. You are also able to translate the value of your product and your roadmap clearly towards these stakeholders and the organisation as a whole. This includes making sure stakeholders understand which priorities are picked up first driven by the business value of each initiative. You do this together with the other Digital Forms product owner.
As Product Owner, you are able to inspire your teams with your vision on the digital forms landscape. You set the priorities for your DevOps teams and manage the backlogs of both teams. Each Digital Forms team consists of approximately four IT developers and one Business Analyst. You make sure that your teams can continuously work on the next highest value initiative and you are not afraid to escalate topics to the right persons within the organisation in case your team is blocked in any way.
Requirements
-You are an experienced Product Owner for one or multiple development teams and have worked on digital solutions that are directly used by customers
-You have experience with leading teams in a DevOps/Agile work environment
-You have great stakeholder management and communication skills (English is the default language within our Grid)
-You work value driven and priorities that way towards your teams
-You have a track record of delivering value
