Function
PMO plays a pivotal role in shaping and safeguarding the successful delivery of the XTEL upgrade program.
Beyond governance and reporting, the role acts as a trusted advisor to program leadership, ensuring strategic alignment, proactive risk mitigation, and disciplined execution across all workstreams.
You will collaborate closely with the XTEL Program Manager, RGM Lead, and cross-functional business partners to create clarity, structure, and forward-looking insights that enhance decision-making at executive and SteerCo levels.The PMO ensures that the program remains coherent, predictable, and outcome-driven, enabling the organization to realize the full value of the XTEL transformation.
The PMO will report into the GIS – Program Manager
The key goals:
•Shape and maintain the integrated program plan, ensuring alignment between program vision, roadmap, and operational milestones.
•Provide steering insights to program leadership and SteerCo, translating data, risks, and dependencies into actionable recommendations.
•Drive a culture of governance excellence, ensuring workstreams adhere to standards, controls, and decision-making frameworks.
•Anticipate cross-functional impacts, enabling early identification of risks, interdependencies, and capacity constraints.
•Maintains coherence across workstreams, consolidating strategic and operational inputs from business and IT stakeholders.
•Ensure disciplined delivery of critical milestones such as Cut Over, SIT, and UAT, safeguarding business continuity and program stability.
•Act as custodian of program integrity, challenging assumptions, removing ambiguity, and ensuring alignment of all key stakeholders
Requirements
Qualifications:
•8+ years of experience in PMO, project management, or business transformation.
•Strong analytical and organizational skills, with ability to manage detail while seeing the big picture.
•Proven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, providing clarity and structure while influencing senior stakeholders.
•Experience in FMCG or large-scale global programs.
•Familiarity with finance and commercial business processes.
