Function
The GIS SAP & Integration Lead is part of the TPM Upgrade Program Team.
This role ensures the design, delivery, and governance of SAP and integration solution that enable end-to-end TPM processes across markets.
Acting as the technical authority for SAP TPM and system integration, this role partners with the business stakeholders, GIS organization, and external vendors to ensure that business requirements are translated into reliable, scalable, S4H transition ready standardized solutions.
The SAP & Integration Lead reports to the TPM Program Manager and has a dotted line to the Global Technology CoE Manager – Supply Chain
The key goals:
•Owns the technical design and integration architecture for the TPM solution, ensuring compliance with JDE standards and with the S4H migration program
•Owns the delivery of SAP and integration components
•Oversees third-party vendors and system integrators to ensure high-quality solution design, build, and deployment
•Partners with business and process owners to translate functional requirements into SAP and integration specifications.
•Ensures system reliability, security, and scalability through proactive governance and adherence to IT policies.
•Guarantees quality
•Manage interfaces between TPM, SAP ECC/S4, BI platforms, and other corporate systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
•Provide oversight during design, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases of the program.
Requirements
Qualifications:
•10+ years’ experience in SAP implementation and integration projects, ideally in FMCG or similar industries.
•Strong expertise in SAP TPM (Trade Promotion Management), SD/MM, and FI/CO integration points.
•Experience designing and managing system integrations (middleware, APIs, ETL, data synchronization).
•Proven track record in large-scale global transformation programs.
•Strong vendor management and project delivery skills.
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred:
•FMCG industry experience with trade promotion management and revenue growth management processes.
•Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPI, and modern integration platforms.
•Experience with data governance, quality, and master data management.
