Function
We are looking for AWS Redshift Expert to lead the rollout of Amazon Redshift in our organization. The role requires a unique mix of deep hands-on technical expertise and the ability to guide our teams in architecture, operations, and governance.
The ideal candidate will not only support the technical implementation but also ensure that the rollout is successfully embedded in the organization. Knowledge transfer and coaching are therefore a key part of the assignment — the expert enables our Database Administrators, DevOps engineers, and data teams to own and operate the platform effectively.

Requirements
-Expertise in AWS Redshift
-Database and data engineering skills
-Software engineering skills in Python
-SQL scripting for automation and ETL
-Experience with AWS Deveoper (CodePipeline, CodeBuild) and orchestration tools (Airflow, Step Functions, dbt)
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-Ability to transfer knowledge and build capabilities within the organization
-Experience balancing hands-on delivery with strategic architectural guidance
-Comfortable defining governance structures and embedding operational excellence
