Organization
Team
You will join an established Client Monitoring team of approximately 50 professionals, ranging from junior to senior level. The team consists of experienced Client Monitoring SMEs who work on CM triggers, data requirements, evidence gathering and effectiveness assessments.
Function
CM Effectiveness is an important milestone for DFC. In the context of CM Effectiveness, ABN Amro is designing, implementing and executing a methodology to test and showcase the effectiveness of its Client Monitoring (CM) risk mitigating measures.
With the following results (SMART)
Execute the CM Effectiveness Baseline Report for Natural Persons (Wealth Management and Personal Banking) (incl. data collection, communication with stakeholders, completion of coverage assessments, review and documentation of backtesting exercises)
Responsibilities
Provide Client Monitoring / FEC subject-matter expertise.
Define and formulate data requirements for effectiveness assessments.
Coordinate data collection with relevant stakeholders and interpret the data.
Complete coverage assessments and review/document backtesting exercises.
Translate data and findings into clear conclusions on CM effectiveness.
Communicate with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Prepare and present findings using PowerPoint
Requirements
Relevant knowledge, skills, competences & desired education level
Strong FEC and Client Monitoring subject-matter expertise.
Experience in data analysis, interpretation and effectiveness assessments.
Ability to translate business needs into clear data requirements and meaningful conclusions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills.
Fluent in English.
Nice-to-have:
Experience with Power BI.
Experience with backtesting or coverage assessments.
Experience in Wealth Management and/or Personal Banking.
