Function
As a Test/QA Domain Expert, the candidate will improve the maturity level of testing by:
– standardizing test processes, tooling and reporting on all levels of testing;
– lead the test/QA community and incorporate their feedback into the test standards;
– monitor the test metrics trends for the whole company, detect and act promptly for anomalies in those metrics;
– support development teams in the adoption of standard processes and tools.
With the following results (SMART)
– Improved Test / QA maturity must result in:
– fewer production issues;
– higher change confidence;
– shorter test phase lead times.
Requirements
Academic education level required, and experience with Test / QA:
– Methodologies;
– Tools;
– Processes;
– Implementations.
Next to that, the following is required:
– Excellent communication skills;
– Verbal and written English at a high level;
– Organisational sensitivity;
– Convincing, giving and receiving feedback, motivating.
