Function
As a Customer Identity & Access Specialist, you are responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of customer identity and access management (CIAM) capabilities. You play a key role in ensuring that customers can securely and seamlessly access digital services, while meeting regulatory, security, and business requirements.
Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, security specialists, and external partners, you drive the adoption of customer identity best practices, support identity-related projects, and contribute to the evolution of our customer access management landscape.
With the following results (SMART)
– Design, implement, and maintain IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) business processes.
– Act as a central point of contact for global stakeholders (application owners, line managers, and developers) regarding implementations and changes.
– Support enablement through training sessions, workshops, and presentations.
– Manage stakeholders on different lines of defense conversating on control and monitoring activities.
– Advise application owners and development teams on optimal access design aligned with application architecture and security requirements.
– Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of the application onboarding process into SailPoint Customer IIQ.
– Translate business requirements into clear, structured specifications for technical teams.
– Proactively identify improvement opportunities within the framework and provide both solicited and unsolicited advice to IAM and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
– Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
– Service-oriented mindset with a proactive, customer-focused, and collaborative approach.
– Solid understanding of Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) principles, including authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, SSO, and MFA.
– Experience with CIAM platforms such as Sailpoint Customers, Forgerock or similar solutions is considered a strong advantage.
– Ability to balance security, regulatory requirements, customer experience, and business objectives.
– Understanding modern authentication standards and protocols, such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and FIDO2, is considered an advantage.
– Affinity with application architecture, APIs, and digital customer journeys.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
– Team player with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and customer focus.
