Function
About the team:
The DevOps Security team mission is to embed security in DevOps way of working. We drive the security by design approach, ensuring security is embed early in development, rather than addressed later as a reactive measure.
Assignment:
We are hiring a technical security specialist capable of performing deep evidence-based reviews of IAM, application security, encryption, vulnerability management and security monitoring controls, with strong Azure and DevSecOps experience and the capability to identify non-compliances and inherent risks.
The bank has implemented an IT Guardrails self-assessment for development teams to ensure compliance with internal standards. To verify these assessments, the bank conducts regular targeted and risk based spot checks verification on a sample of teams or application to confirm that controls are actually in place.
– Reviewing IT Guardrails issues
– Performing SPOT checks
-Implementation of projects within the team, for example: Improving efficiency of security processes, merging the gap between security and DevOps teams by being able to showcase and explain security best practices within DevOps teams
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Cyber Security/ IT/ Risk Management/ Banking;
Knowledge and understanding of: IAM, application security, encryption, vulnerability management and security monitoring controls
Coding development experience;
Preferred ABN AMRO experience;
Experience with DevOps way of working;
Strong stakeholder management skills – you move easily in a complex stakeholder field, you can communicate clearly to different stakeholder groups;
Self-starting, wiliness to learn and team player;
Professional proficiency in both English and Dutch.
