Organization
As a OneTrust Developer, you will play a key technical role in configuring, customizing, and maintaining the OneTrust platform to support the bank’s privacy and compliance requirements. You will work closely with the Privacy Office, Compliance, Privacy Program, Privacy CoE, In Control Monitoring Center (ICMC).
Your primary responsibility is to translate privacy and regulatory requirements (such as GDPR) into functional solutions within OneTrust, ensuring seamless integration with internal systems and processes.
This position requires a strong understanding of privacy frameworks, data protection principles, and hands-on experience with OneTrust configuration. You will work closely with Privacy, Compliance, and IT teams to design workflows, implement modules, and optimize automation for consent management, data mapping, incident handling, and reporting.
Function
Implement Privacy Frameworks in OneTrust: Drive the rollout and optimization of GDPR and related privacy frameworks using OneTrust modules.
Set up workflows in OneTrust modules for Consent Management, Data Mapping, Incident Management, and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).
Develop integrations with banking systems using APIs.
Apply Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles, including provisioning, user lifecycle management, access controls, Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication, and authorization.
Build and schedule custom report templates for privacy metrics and compliance tracking.

Qualifications and skills:
5 to 7 years of work experience in relevant fields, such as (business) analysis, design, development, testing, or DevOps.
Experienced in configuring OneTrust, including creating intake assessments for data mapping, setting up incident management workflows to ensure compliance and timely resolution, managing user and group access, and building custom reporting templates.
Experience in SDLC and ITIL, ITSM tools like Service Now, AzureDevOps, Jira etc
You have knowledge of global privacy frameworks and laws (e.g. GDPR) and trends in the field of privacy and risk management.
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL, or other relevant languages for OneTrust customizations.
Preferred Skills:
OneTrust Certifications (e.g., OneTrust Certified Professional).
Familiarity with other privacy frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and data security best practices
