The ideal candidate combines strong Power BI and analytical capabilities with a proactive, consultative approach.<\/p> <p>You are comfortable with ambiguity and know how to turn incomplete business questions into clear requirements, analytical designs and actionable insights. You can independently take a question from initial discovery through development, validation and stakeholder delivery.<\/p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><br>&#8211; Engage with stakeholders to clarify business questions and requirements.<br>&#8211; Translate requirements into features, user stories, acceptance criteria and analytical designs.<br>&#8211; Analyse multiple data sources and translate findings into actionable insights.<br>&#8211; Independently develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models and DAX measures.<br>&#8211; Perform SQL-based analysis and data exploration.<br>&#8211; Assess data suitability and implement appropriate validation checks.<br>&#8211; Conduct structured root-cause analysis of data and reporting issues.<br>&#8211; Make implementation choices and coordinate delivery.<br>&#8211; Identify and escalate material risks, dependencies and cross-domain decisions.<br>&#8211; Manage stakeholder expectations and demonstrate delivered outcomes.<br>&#8211; Support adoption, knowledge sharing and reusable analytical practices.<br>&#8211; Review peer work and contribute to solution quality.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><p><strong>Required experience<\/strong><br>&#8211; Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query and SQL.<br>&#8211; Strong data visualisation and analytical skills.<br>&#8211; Experience translating ambiguous business questions into analytical solutions.<br>&#8211; Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.<br>&#8211; Able to work independently and take ownership of delivery.<br>&#8211; Proactive, structured and collaborative way of working.<br>&#8211; Fluent Dutch and English.<\/p> <p><strong>Nice to have<\/strong><br>&#8211; Python and\/or PySpark.<br>&#8211; Experience with Azure
