The architect oversees the complete technology landscape and ensures a well-integrated global platform and technology. The Infrastructure &amp; Technology Architect will deliver solutions, consultancy, architecture, and process enablement activities, working closely with other departments to ensure the implementation of optimal IT solutions.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><br>&#8211; Deliver Solution Intents and govern implementation of IT architecture solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.<br>&#8211; Provide platform engineering consultancy to internal teams, ensuring best practices and optimal use of technology.<br>-Enable and streamline processes within CoE Architecture to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.<br>-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges.<br>-Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><p><strong>Relevant knowledge, skills, competences &amp; desired education level &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p> <p>&#8211; You have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the IT Infrastructure and Technology domain, within a comparably complex environment (high stakes, in- &amp; external stakeholders, complex IT environment, different time zones and diverse cultures).<br>&#8211; You have experience with IT architecture and can think on a conceptual level.<br>&#8211; You have strategic and analytical skills and the ability to understand, inspire and activate others.<\/p> <p><strong>In more detail:<\/strong><br>&#8211; Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT engineering, with a focus on platform engineering, architecture, and process enablement.&nbsp;<br>-Knowledge and experience in one or more of the areas below is considered a plus:<br>-Knowledge of the different aspects of IT architecture (technology architecture; application platforms, data structures and interaction patterns, data security aspects); &nbsp; &nbsp;<br>-Experience with Cloud Platform Architecture (AWS is a plus).<br>-Containerized, serverless, and cloud-native applications.<br>-Scalable, high-performance enterprise products.<br>-Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like CDK \/ Ansible.<br>-Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Gitlab pipelines, code scanning).<br>-Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.<br>-Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br>-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br>-Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br>-Knowledge and experience in architecture implementations and related methods and tools, such as TOGAF and Archimate.<br>-Self-starter who readily assumes responsibility.
