Do you excel in interpersonal communication and have hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules? Join us in advancing the ABN AMRO employee experience through our HR systems. We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst\/Business Developer in the G-PEx team to drive various initiatives within HR Core processes, such as personnel administration, benefits, wellbeing, mobility, and rewards. Your role will involve translating stakeholder requirements into practical solutions and identifying improvements in our existing processes. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><br>&#8211; Gather and articulate requirements for new functionalities related to the HR Core application, ensuring clear communication with IT partners.<br>&#8211; Collaborate with HR colleagues and SaaS suppliers to draft, analyze, and refine current processes.<br>&#8211; Maintain transparent communication and alignment with stakeholders and SaaS suppliers.<br>&#8211; Support change risk assessments for upcoming modifications.<br>&#8211; Play an active role in managing IT changes within the HR department.<br>&#8211; Assist with daily run operations, including addressing incoming questions from employees.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><p>&#8211; Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.<br>&#8211; Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst\/Business Developer within the HR domain<br>&#8211; Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors.<br>&#8211;&nbsp; Proven expertise in requirements gathering.<br>&#8211; Strong understanding of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and HR service delivery.<br>&#8211; Experience working in an Agile scrum DevOps environment is a plus.<\/p> <p>Soft skills:<br>&#8211; Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proficiency in English and Dutch).<br>&#8211;
