owning everything that sits between the core build and a successful go-live.<\/p> <p><strong>Key Focus Areas (Unique to this role):<\/strong><br>&#8211; S4\/OMP&ndash;XTEL combined testing (V6 Jul &#8217;26, V9 Sep &#8217;26)<br>&#8211; SOX controls design for both versions<br>&#8211; Dahlia &amp; cross-platform dependency management<br>&#8211; Incident management framework for V9<\/p> <p><strong>Project Description<\/strong><\/p> <p><br>The XTEL Transition &amp; Platform Governance Lead is a critical program role responsible for ensuring a safe, compliant and well-coordinated transition across the XTEL upgrade programme and its intersecting platforms.<\/p> <p>Operating at the heart of the V6-to-V9 migration, this role bridges business, technology and compliance workstreams &mdash; owning the coordination of complex, cross-functional dependencies that fall outside the core build scope but are essential to a successful go-live and long-term platform health.<\/p> <p>The role sits within the XTEL Program team, reporting directly to the XTEL Program Manager.<\/p> <p>It requires a combination of program rigor, technical literacy, business process understanding and stakeholder management capability across a highly complex multi-platform environment.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><p>&#8211; End-to-End Test Coordination: Lead the integration and execution of combined S4\/OMP and XTEL testing (V6 July 2026 &amp; V9 September 2026) across global MSU markets.<br>&#8211; Dependency &amp; Dahlia Management: Manage sequence dependencies across S4, OMP, and XTEL, while owning the Dahlia workstream to protect downstream impact.<br>&#8211; SOX Compliance Design: Lead the design and implementation of audit-ready SOX controls for XTEL V6 and V9 in alignment with Finance and IT Audit.<br>&#8211; Stakeholder &amp; Vendor Alignment: Act as the primary bridge between Business, IT, Data &amp; Analytics, and external vendors (e.g., XTEL\/NTT) to resolve cross-platform blockers.<br>&#8211; Incident Management Framework: Establish incident response protocols, escalation paths, and ownership models for XTEL V9 to ensure operational resilience through hypercare.<br>&#8211;
