Transformation &amp; Transition Support<\/strong><br>&#8211; Support the successful delivery of the organization&rsquo;s ongoing transformation agenda<br>&#8211; Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support implementation, manage dependencies, and minimize operational disruption<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>3. Operational Support<\/strong><br>&#8211; Provide financial support to Procurement Teams in line with the responsibilities of the broader Procurement Finance team<br>&#8211; Partner closely with existing team members on activities where responsibilities overlap, while maintaining clear segregation of duties and appropriate controls<br>&#8211; Support analysis, reporting, processes, and stakeholder requests as required<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><p>&#8211; Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field<br>&#8211; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex data while maintaining a strategic, business-oriented perspective<br>&#8211; Strong financial acumen, ideally with experience in procurement savings, cost optimization, financial tracking, and performance management<br>&#8211; Experience supporting transformation, transition, or project management initiatives within a corporate environment<br>&#8211; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at different levels and across functions<br>&#8211; Strong proficiency in SAP and advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI<br>&#8211; Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment, collaborating across diverse teams, functions, and regions.<br>&#8211; Highly adaptable and comfortable
