An incredibly diverse team that helps each other learn, grow and develop. Just how we like it! As a Global IHQ Business Controller you will be asked to be the financial business partner to Central Function (HQ) teams, and Financially responsible for P&amp;L below GP, Balance Sheet and Operating Working Capital and Business partner to IT. Other Central Function could be expected from the Business Controller, like; Marketing, HR, Facilities, R&amp;D and Supply Chain.<\/p> <p>For this, we don&rsquo;t need you to just be a knowledgeable professional but also strongly rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your drive for success. Know that you&rsquo;ll have a crucial role in creating and protecting the impact we look for in our value chain. With this said, we like you to take responsibility over the following tasks:<\/p> <p><strong>Reporting:<\/strong><br>&#8211; Drive and perform the month-end closing process<br>&#8211; Responsible for monthly financial and management reporting for complete P&amp;L, Balance Sheet and Operating Working Capital., both internal and external, and related period-end-closing activities like analysis of results and balance sheet items.<br>&#8211; Responsible for providing on-time reports. Correct, timely and accurate delivery of financial management reports.<br>&#8211; Be the driver for compliance with specific cost management, PO and analytics tooling.<\/p> <p><strong>Planning &amp; Control:<\/strong><br>&#8211; Prepare the annual operating plan, following the deadlines and instructions provided centrally and accurately.<br>&#8211; Monthly forecast review with the budget owners responsible primarily for IT and potentially other departments.<br>&#8211; Business partner for budget owners, proactively thinking along with the business to come up with process improvements.<br>&#8211; &nbsp;Strong coordination with the Vendor Management team to align on costing and potential saving opportunities.<br>&#8211; Responsible for proper balance sheet management, in line with the relevant internal and external accounting and reporting guidelines in coordination with the financial controlling team.<br>&#8211; Interpreting and applying the Finance instruction provided by corporate to compliance with Corporate Policy and roles<\/p> <p><strong>People management &amp; projects:<\/strong><br>&#8211; Participate in or lead (cross-)functional, local as well as international projects.<br>&#8211; Be a high performing finance professional through strong coordination skills with budget holders, other business controllers and financial controllers.<br>&#8211; Act as a linking pin between departments and the controllers team &#8211; ensure cross-functional alignment.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><p>We are looking for Entrepreneurship and Simplicity with a drive for excellence.
