In this role, you will help strengthen our organisation&#8217;s cyber resilience by analysing capability gaps, identifying role- and risk-based learning needs, developing persona driven approaches and translating threat intelligence, regulatory developments and organisational priorities into effective awareness, education and culture initiatives.<\/p> <p><strong>With the following results (SMART) &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><br>&#8211; Learning and awareness initiatives are based on validated capability assessments, learning needs analyses and gap analyses for relevant internal and external target audiences. &nbsp;<br>&#8211; Risk-based and persona driven learning &amp; awareness interventions are successfully implemented (or in progress), ensuring targeted audiences and technical users strengthen their resilience against AI-enabled cyber threats.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Stakeholders receive clear, actionable advice on the most effective intervention, distinguishing between learning, awareness, process and technical solutions. &nbsp;<br>&#8211; The effectiveness of learning and awareness initiatives can be demonstrated through measurable improvements in cybersecurity capabilities, behaviours and outcome-based reporting. &nbsp;<\/p> <p><strong>Within this role you:&nbsp;<\/strong><br>&#8211; Conduct learning needs analyses, stakeholder analysis and cybersecurity capability assessments.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Perform gap analyses to identify knowledge, skill, and behavioural gaps across different internal and external target audiences.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Develop evidence-based, risk-based learning strategies and interventions aligned with organizational objectives.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Design persona driven learning solutions tailored to different learner personas and audience segments.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Collaborate with cybersecurity experts, HR Learning &amp; Development, risk teams, leadership, and business stakeholders to define learning requirements.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Drive learning-related initiatives from analysis and design through implementation and evaluation.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Measure and report on learning effectiveness, behavioural change and business impact.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into engaging, actionable and accessible learning approaches.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Advise stakeholders on the most appropriate intervention, distinguishing between learning, process, and technical remediation needs.&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><p>&#8211; University degree in Information Security, Learning &amp; Development, Educational Sciences, Organizational Psychology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Proven experience in learning analysis, capability assessments, stakeholder analysis and gap analyses.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Strong understanding of cybersecurity, AI-enabled threats, risks, and controls within enterprise IT environments.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Experience leading cross-functional initiatives\/projects involving multiple stakeholders.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Ability to translate technical content into clear business, risk and learning outcomes.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; We are looking for
