You lead the execution of the data management roadmap within the COO domain. In this role, you coordinate initiatives related to BCBS 239, ESG, AI-ready data, and operational efficiency. You create alignment across domains, provide transparency on risks and dependencies, and help stakeholders translate strategy into measurable outcomes.<\/p> <p><strong>Examples from practice<\/strong><br>&bull; You bring together milestones, risks, and dependencies across bank-wide data management initiatives into one coherent approach.<br>&bull; You identify obstacles at an early stage and orchestrate solutions together with COO, Data &amp; Analytics, and other stakeholders.<br>&bull; You translate complex ambitions related to BCBS 239, ESG, and AI-ready data into concrete progress and decision-making.<\/p> <p><strong>Top 3 responsibilities<\/strong><br>&bull; Coordinate bank-wide milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure data management initiatives are delivered consistently, on time, and in line with regulatory expectations.<br>&bull; Support senior leadership with structured insights, progress reporting, and decision-making materials on strategic data management topics.<br>&bull; Maintain cross-domain alignment, remove impediments, and translate the data management strategy into measurable results.<\/p> <p>You operate in a complex, high-visibility environment with diverse stakeholders and interests.
