You are encouraged to explore new technologies and development practices that improve both the customer experience and engineering excellence.<\/p> <p>You will also actively participate in guild activities, collaborating with fellow engineers to share knowledge, promote best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.<\/p> <p>We follow the Scrum framework and embrace a DevOps mindset. We focus on empowering teams with autonomy, ownership, and a clear understanding of the value they deliver to customers. We encourage personal growth, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvements.<\/p> <p><strong>You will be working on:<\/strong><br>&emsp;&emsp;&bull;&emsp;&emsp;Designing, developing, and maintaining customer-facing Android features used by millions of ABN AMRO customers<br>&emsp;&emsp;&bull;&emsp;&emsp;Enhancing user journeys by delivering hyper-personalized experiences and relevant insights<br>&emsp;&emsp;&bull;&emsp;&emsp;Improving existing functionality, including modernization efforts, accessibility enhancements, and technical optimizations<br>&emsp;&emsp;&bull;&emsp;&emsp;Collaborating closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Business Developers, and fellow engineers to define and deliver new features<br>&emsp;&emsp;&bull;&emsp;&emsp;Contributing to high-quality software through testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement practices<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><p>Must haves:<br>&emsp;&emsp;&bull;&emsp;&emsp;At least 5 years of experience as an Android Developer<br>&emsp;&emsp;&bull;&emsp;&emsp;Strong proficiency in Kotlin<br>&emsp;&emsp;&bull;&emsp;&emsp;Experience with modular architecture<br>&emsp;&emsp;&bull;&emsp;&emsp;Experience with comprehensive testing practices<br>&emsp;&emsp;&bull;&emsp;&emsp;Experience with Jetpack Compose<br>&emsp;&emsp;&bull;&emsp;&emsp;Innovation mindset and adaptability to new
