Your work will directly impact all Rabobank employees, ensuring flawless IT fulfilment, specifically focused on IAM 4 Employees. As an IAM Business Analyst, you play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of digital assets related to employee access.<\/p> <p><strong>Business Analyst IAM 4 Employees<\/strong><br>As Senior Business Analyst IAM you won&rsquo;t be a mere observer; you&rsquo;ll actively shape the demand for technology in the world Rabobank is operating in. You&rsquo;re surrounded by a dynamic team committed to pushing technology boundaries. With your collaborative mindset you are the one that bridges the gap between business and IT. You analyse requirements and engineer efficient business solutions and processes and together with your Product Owner, define the target state and develop plans to achieve it.<\/p> <p><strong>You and your job<\/strong><br>As part of the IAM Tribe your key responsibility is to understand complex business problems and recommend solutions through processes and systems. You monitor the quality of work delivered by other Business Analysts and helping them to improve. You translate business requirements into designs aligned with the chosen business and IT architecture framework.<\/p> <p>We expect you have a good, generic overview and understanding of the capabilities of IAM solutions to match needs and requirements to standards and capabilities of the tools we work with.<\/p> <p>Continuous improvement is self-evident to you, and you dare to be critical of the current working method and tooling. This makes you a versatile member of the team.<\/p> <p><strong>Top 3 responsibilities<\/strong><br>&bull; You translate high level complex targets into designs and a blueprint for solutions, align with Product owners, DevOps teams and other stakeholders;<br>&bull; You develop dross domain solutions with high value solutions as a result;<br>&bull; You Work independently within the general departmental objectives, responsible for planning and organizing the activities within the own department.<\/p> <p>Besides that, you will be a sparring partner for business, the development team, product owner, and other stakeholders. You will be and remain abreast of the latest market and technological developments and incorporate these in the execution of your designs. You will also play a key role in ensuring the DevOps team has the right information to translate your capabilities towards a solution design.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><p><strong>You and your talent<\/strong><br>&bull; Academic thinking and work level with a Bachelor\/Master degree in a relevant field of expertise;<br>&bull; CISSP certified;<br>&bull; Knowledge and implementation experience with the usual IAM protocols for authentication, authorization, user provisioning and single sign-on, such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Bearer Token, Kerberos\/NTLM, LDAP authentication, SCIM;<br>&bull;
