You play a key role in ensuring that customers can securely and seamlessly access digital services, while meeting regulatory, security, and business requirements.&nbsp;<\/p> <p>Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, security specialists, and external partners, you drive the adoption of customer identity best practices, support identity-related projects, and contribute to the evolution of our customer access management landscape.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><strong>With the following results (SMART) &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><br>&#8211; Design, implement, and maintain IGA (Identity Governance &amp; Administration) business processes.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Act as a central point of contact for global stakeholders (application owners, line managers, and developers) regarding implementations and changes.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Support enablement through training sessions, workshops, and presentations.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Manage stakeholders on different lines of defense conversating on control and monitoring activities.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Advise application owners and development teams on optimal access design aligned with application architecture and security requirements.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of the application onboarding process into SailPoint Customer IIQ.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Translate business requirements into clear, structured specifications for technical teams.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Proactively identify improvement opportunities within the framework and provide both solicited and unsolicited advice to IAM and technical stakeholders.&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><p>&#8211; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Fluent in English, both spoken and written.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Service-oriented mindset with a proactive, customer-focused, and collaborative approach.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Solid understanding of Customer Identity &amp; Access Management (CIAM) principles, including authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, SSO, and MFA.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Experience with CIAM platforms such as Sailpoint Customers, Forgerock or similar solutions is considered a strong advantage.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Ability to balance security, regulatory requirements, customer experience, and business objectives.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Understanding modern authentication standards and protocols, such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and FIDO2, is considered an advantage.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Affinity with application architecture, APIs, and digital customer journeys.&nbsp;<br>&#8211;
