These capabilities are among the most frequently used customer journeys and include functionalities such as login, authentication, and digital signing. The team focuses on delivering a seamless, secure, and customer-friendly experience while enabling the organization to meet business, security, and regulatory requirements. We are looking for a senior Business Developer who can independently navigate a complex stakeholder landscape and take ownership of delivering high-quality requirements that enable successful implementation. The app focused candidate needs to have experience in Google analytics and tagging.&nbsp;<\/p> <p><br><strong>Description of activities<\/strong><\/p> <p>&#8211; Analyze and translate business needs into clear requirements for the development team. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX designers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to refine prioritized backlog items.<br>&#8211; Perform in-depth analysis of customer journeys, processes, risks, and dependencies.<br>&#8211; Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation to enable successful implementation.<br>&#8211; Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including CISO and other enabling teams, to ensure end-to-end delivery of solutions.<br>&#8211; Challenge assumptions, identify opportunities for improvement, and proactively drive decision-making.<br>&#8211; Support agile ceremonies and contribute to a high-performing team environment.<br>&#8211; Ensure proper administration and maintenance of work items, requirements, and decision-making.<\/p> <p><br>&nbsp; We are looking for a 3 FTEs in total:<br>&#8211; One web focused<br>&#8211; One app focused<br>&#8211; One experienced in both web and app<\/p> <p><br><strong>With Contribution to a high-performing agile team that continuously improves and delivers value.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><p><strong>Desired education<\/strong><br>&#8211; Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Information Management, Information Technology, Digital Innovation, or a related field.<br>&#8211; 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Business Analysis, Product Development, or a comparable role within a digital environment.<br>&#8211; Relevant certifications in Agile\/Scrum, Business Analysis, or Product Development are considered a plus.<\/p> <p><strong>Relevant knowledge<\/strong><br>&#8211; Digital channels and customer journeys&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Identification, authentication, authorization, and digital signing concepts (a plus).<br>&#8211; Agile\/Scrum and product development practices.<br>&#8211; Requirements engineering and business analysis methodologies.<br>&#8211; Customer experience and digital product development.<br>&#8211; Security, risk, compliance, and privacy considerations in digital environments.<br>&#8211; Stakeholder management in a complex organizational landscape.<br>&#8211; Experience working in multidisciplinary teams within large organizations<\/p> <p><strong>Relevant skills<\/strong><br>&#8211; Business analysis and requirements.<br>&#8211; Translating business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.<br>&#8211; Managing and influencing stakeholders at different organizational levels.<br>&#8211; Strong written and verbal communication skills.<br>&#8211; Analytical thinking and
