Voor de Royal Schiphol Group zijn we op zoek naar een Product Lead.<\/p>

•    Je combineert hiërarchisch leiderschap, productverantwoordelijkheid en technische inhoud op het volledige infrastructuurfundament van Schiphol van on-prem datacenter tot Azure cloud. 
•    Het On-Prem & Cloud Infrastructure team staat bekend om vakmanschap, automation en heldere standaarden. Hier worden engineers, product owners en platformen samen volwassen gemaakt onder een visie. 
•    We gaan ervoor: Schiphol moet tot de top-3 van de Europese luchthavens gaan behoren. <\/p>

Als Product Lead On-Prem & Cloud Infrastructure ben je hiërarchisch verantwoordelijk voor het volledige infrastructuur platformteam, zowel on-prem als cloud (Azure). Je stuurt engineers en product owners aan en brengt deze platformdiensten naar een hoger volwassenheidsniveau. Hoe jij dit precies realiseert? Dat is aan jou. Jij zet jouw talenten in bij het:
•    Hiërarchisch aansturen van het brede infrastructuur platformteam met product owners en engineers voor on-prem en cloud. 
•    Vormgeven van strategie, roadmap en prioriteiten voor het On-Prem & Cloud Infrastructure platform als een samenhangend product. 
•    Realiseren van de transformatie naar platform engineering met automation, self-service en standaardisatie als norm. 
•    Borgen van kwaliteit, continuïteit, security en kosten over het volledige bedrijfskritische infrastructuurlandschap. 
•    Bouwen aan vakmanschap, eigenaarschap en groei van engineers en product owners binnen het team. <\/p>

Requirements<\/h4>\n

You’ve got this

•    HBO- of WO-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur Informatica, Technische Informatica of vergelijkbaar. 
•    Minimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen IT Infrastructure, waarvan minimaal 2 jaar in een leidinggevende rol. 
•    Aantoonbare ervaring met zowel on-prem & cloud infrastructuur van netwerk tot OS. 
•    Ervaring met het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van multidisciplinaire teams met engineers en product owners. 
•    Ervaring met Platform Engineering en Infrastructure as Code implementaties. 
•    Ervaring met het ontwikkelen van een productvisie, roadmap en prioritering voor infrastructuurdiensten. 
•    Ervaring met het borgen van beschikbaarheid, security, continuïteit en performance van bedrijfskritische IT-platformen. 
•    Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement op tactisch en strategisch niveau. 
•    Goede beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk. 
En jij bent iemand die:
•    Technische inhoud, productverantwoordelijkheid en hiërarchisch leiderschap moeiteloos combineert. 
•    Engineers en product owners laat groeien, met oog voor vakmanschap en duidelijke kaders.
