This is a unique opportunity to be involved in a critical migration project within our change portfolio that helps shape the future of our FEC organization.<\/p> <p>About the FEC Department<br>The Financial Economic Crime (FEC) department monitors client activities within our financial systems to detect and prevent behaviour that violates laws and regulations-such as money laundering, unclear corporate structures, or transactions with sanctioned countries.<\/p> <p>Collaboration is central to our success. While we set the bar high, we provide an environment that encourages constructive feedback and supportive teamwork.<\/p> <p>Your Role: Project Manager Transaction Monitoring<br>As a Project Manager TM, you will be responsible for the governance, structure, support, and documentation in delivery of a migration change program within the TM domain. You will act as a central point of contact, guiding and supporting the migration of an existing TM Case Management workflow to a new, updated, version from the ground up, coordinating delivery across Business and Technology functions.<\/p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><br>&bull; Serve as a strong sparring partner for stakeholders with deep domain knowledge.<br>&bull; Provide independent insights, problem solving, and management reporting.<br>&bull; Collaborate closely with TM teams to understand operational challenges.<br>&bull; Maintain a proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on quality and compliance.<br>&bull; Offer professional advice to colleagues, business units, and senior management.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><p><strong>Must-Have Qualifications and Skills<\/strong><br>&bull; Bachelors degree with 10-15 years of experience, or Masters degree with 5-10 years of experience.<br>&bull; Extensive Business Change experience with some Technical background.<br>&bull; Knowledge of Transaction Monitoring and Risk Management.<br>&bull; Experience of challenging platform rollouts and\/or migration in a matrix management structure.<br>&bull; Proven ability to engage stakeholders across departments.<br>&bull; Good presentation skills up to senior management level.<br>&bull; Strong decision-making skills and independent judgment.<br>&bull; Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.<br>&bull; Proactive, hands-on, and quality-focused with high degree of flexibility.<br>&bull; High proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite for documenting, reporting and presenting.<\/p> <p><strong>Nice-to-Have<\/strong><br>&bull; Creative thinker with the ability to challenge conventional approaches.<br>&bull; Understanding of the broader financial services
