In this role, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and consistency of our internal mobile SDK, used across iOS and Android applications.<br>You will work in a platform environment where multiple teams contribute shared modules that are consumed across the organisation. Within this team, you will help shape and validate a newly built application that integrates these modules into a cohesive product.<br>While the app itself is developed from the ground up, it builds upon existing standards, frameworks, and architectural principles. This offers a strong balance between creating something new and leveraging proven solutions, with a clear focus on consistency, quality, and scalability across the mobile ecosystem.<\/p> <p><strong>You will be working on<\/strong><br>&#8211; Validating integration of multiple modules and dependencies provided by core app teams<br>&#8211; Supporting the development and quality of a new (greenfield) application built on top of internal SDK components<br>&#8211; Setting up and improving QA practices, test frameworks, and automation from the ground up within established standards<br>&#8211; Improving test strategies for modularised architectures and cross-team dependencies<br>&#8211; Designing and maintaining automated test frameworks for SDKs, modules, and integration layers<br>&#8211; Supporting versioning, release validation, and quality gates for SDK and framework distribution<br>&#8211; Driving improvements in performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability through testing<br>&#8211; Enabling development teams by improving testability, feedback loops, and quality insights<br>&#8211; Collaborating proactively with teams to ensure smooth adoption of platform components and safe migrations<br>&#8211; Identifying risks in dependency chains and preventing regressions across shared modules<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><strong>Your role and responsibilities<\/strong><br>&#8211; Define and implement QA strategy for a mobile platform \/ SDK environment<br>&#8211; Build and maintain automated test solutions (integration, E2E, regression)<br>&#8211; Ensure quality across module boundaries and complex dependency structures<br>&#8211; Integrate testing into CI\/CD pipelines and release processes<br>&#8211; Analyse defects, identify root causes, and drive structural improvements<br>&#8211; Work closely with developers, platform engineers, and consuming teams<br>&#8211; Promote QA best practices across the engineering community<br>&#8211; Contribute to QA guilds and knowledge sharing<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><p><strong>What you bring (Must-have)<\/strong><\/p> <p>&#8211; 6&ndash;8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance \/ Quality Engineering, preferably in mobile environments<br>&#8211; Experience testing both iOS and Android applications<br>&#8211; Strong experience with mobile test automation (e.g. XCTest, Espresso, Appium or similar)<br>&#8211; Experience with testing modular architectures and systems with multiple dependencies<br>&#8211; Experience validating SDKs, frameworks, or shared platform components<br>&#8211; Solid understanding of CI\/CD and release validation processes<br>&#8211; Experience with integration, end-to-end, and regression testing<br>&#8211; Experience with performance and stability testing<br>&#8211; Strong analytical skills and experience with root cause analysis<br>&#8211; Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams<br>&#8211; Proactive mindset with the ability to drive quality improvements independently<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><strong>Nice to
