You will help shape our testing approach, strengthen quality assurance practices and contribute to reliable and compliant solutions that support our business and clients.<br>This is a role with visible impact, where your expertise helps teams grow, improve, and succeed.<\/p> <p><strong>Test strategy &amp; coordination<\/strong><br>&#8211; Define and coordinate FAT and BAT, including test cases, environments, and clear responsibilities<br>&#8211; Apply risk\u2011based testing to focus efforts where they add the most value<br>&#8211; Work with our vendors to evaluate and improve their testing before we get their software updates<br>&#8211; Coordinate end\u2011to\u2011end regression testing across teams and systems (both OPS and IT)<br>&#8211; Maintain and continuously improve test cases and automation assets<br>&#8211; Help shape and enhance the test automation strategy<\/p> <p><strong>Automation &amp; quality assurance<\/strong><br>&#8211; Oversee\/coordinate both automated and manual functional and non\u2011functional testing<br>&#8211; Lead the development and updates on the automated regression tests<br>&#8211; Conduct quality reviews of test scenarios across teams<br>&#8211; Organize Retro&rsquo;s and apply improvements<br>&#8211; Use insights and data to identify trends and improvement opportunities<br>&#8211; Support teams through coaching, guidance, and knowledge sharing, helping them strengthen their testing capabilities<\/p> <p><strong>Domain-level impact<\/strong><br>&#8211; Work end\u2011to\u2011end across the payments chain, understanding system architecture and dependencies<br>&#8211; Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement areas early<br>&#8211; Contribute to improving the overall test maturity of the core transactions domain<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><p><strong>What you bring<\/strong><\/p> <p>We&rsquo;re looking for someone who brings a combination of the following:<\/p> <p>&#8211; Experience in test engineering and\/or test management (typically around 8 years or more)<br>&#8211; A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience<br>&#8211; Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working<br>&#8211; Experience with test strategy and test modelling<br>&#8211; The ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders<br>&#8211; Comfort working independently while collaborating across teams and domains<br>&#8211; A strong proactive coordinator and great in communication.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Nice to have:<\/strong><br>&#8211; ISTQB or comparable certification<br>&#8211; Experience in payments or the curiosity and motivation to
