You design the experience of the tooling that enables them to deliver secure and compliant software;<br>&bull; All employees expect the same thing they experience as consumers: well-designed digital experiences;<br>&bull; But the IT landscape in a large banking organization is becoming increasingly complex;<br>&bull; Data is at the core of all processes of the bank and the user experience is key for ensuring how this data is being created and processed;<br>&bull; We are looking for a senior UX Designer to help us create great user experiences for Rabobank employees around internal Data, Analytics and IT services at scale.<\/p> <p><strong>You and your assignment:<\/strong><\/p> <p>&bull; As a senior designer your main responsibility will be in shaping an internal portal to onboard to data &amp; analytics services that involves a vast and complex stakeholder field such as tribe and area leads, product owners, developers and other experts;<br>&bull; You will improve and structure the portal&rsquo;s information architecture, define clear navigation and flows aligned with business processes, and design and validate the UX for key user journeys;<br>&bull; In addition, you will align with other designers to ensure consistent interaction patterns and reusable components within the broader IT landscape to ensure a scalable, intuitive, and high-quality employee experience;<br>&bull; You will be part of the Agency team within the Design chapter;<br>&bull; You will be responsible for the design process, work with stakeholders and other designers and researchers in the Enterprise UX team to ensure high-quality designs as outcome;<br>&bull; Collaboration is the way we work within our passionate and results-oriented design team, and as part of the Rabobank Chapter Design of about 100 designers with a wide range of skills and backgrounds.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><p><strong>You and your talent:<\/strong><\/p> <p>&bull; You have 5-10 years of experience as a UX Designer;<br>&bull; You are a strategic and analytical thinker, who can translate complex problems into simple and intuitive solutions;<br>&bull; You are used to working on complex user journeys;<br>&bull; You enjoy the challenge of coming up with creative and impactful solutions within a complex data &amp; IT landscape;<br>&bull; You are able to maintain a user-centered mindset in a very technology-driven environment, challenging pre-established assumptions without alienating your stakeholders;<br>&bull; You conveniently manoeuvre in a large organisation and know how to get support for your ideas and concepts from stakeholders;<br>&bull; You are fluent with design and prototyping tools like Figma and familiar with service design methods, including creative facilitation;<br>&bull;
