The core responsibility in coming period, to deliver our new headquarter in 2027. As a BMS Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of building management systems, ensuring optimal performance. You will collaborate with a diverse team to deliver innovative solutions for smart buildings and sustainable operations.<\/p> <p>The day-to-day activities of the team involve configuration of SaaS products and Software in our own internal cloud, ensuring our physical test street is up to par, and interaction our workplace management business to deliver new requirements<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <p>Design, develop, and implement building management systems tailored to client needs.<br>Configuration of our Windows Servers running on VM&rsquo;s in our internal cloud<br>Capable of interacting with our networking team to configure the network for the BMS systems (IT Networking skills)<br>Perform system integration and commissioning of software.<br>Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance.<br>Conduct regular system maintenance and upgrades to ensure functionality and compliance.<br>Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.<br>Create documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).<br>Experience in building management systems design, installation, and maintenance is a nice to have<br>Knowledge of programming languages and tools related to BMS (e.g., BACnet, Modbus).<br>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.<br>Strong communication and teamwork abilities.<br>Configuration of Windows Servers (running on PCSNG ABN AMRO cloud)<br>Networking skills to interact with CISO\/Networking team to setup the network for the systems, incl network segmentation<br>Dutch language preferred<\/p> <p><strong>Extra info from the hiring team:<\/strong><\/p> <p>You will be working on software handling and managing hardware in building<br>All software needs to be running and be in production<br>System is running on premises but also at vendors, compliancy also important<br>Need to have experience on windows servers and its configuration<br>Computer networking experience and knowledge is also mandatory<br>Currently using systems from Johnson control, Bosch, Signify and Schneider Electric<br>Also needed to give support and BAU activities besides other engineering activities<br>Will be focusing on new building in Amsterdam Bijlmer but other buildings will be part too<br>Currently team exists of
