No relocation is possible.<\/strong><\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<!--more-->\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_function\">Function<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_function\"><p><strong>Organizational change<\/strong><\/p> <p>Senior business consultant is responsible to Develop and execute change management approaches within transformation and change initiatives.&nbsp;<br>Strengthen employee engagement and motivation throughout periods of change.&nbsp;<br>Assess change impact on employees, teams, and leadership.
