This role is crucial in ensuring that both technical and business processes remain supported during and after integration.<\/p> <p>We are seeking a medior\/senior-level Business Analyst who is analytical, curious, and communicative, with the ability to challenge and explore diverse solutions.<\/p> <p><strong>Support Program Initiatives<\/strong>: Act as a change driver within the program, ensuring that ABF applications and processes integrate seamlessly into the AAB landscape.<br><strong>Data Mapping<\/strong>: Collaborate on aligning attributes and data models to ensure compatibility and consistency between systems.<br><strong>Business Process Optimization<\/strong>: Help identify and maintain critical business processes that run through ABF applications, ensuring they stay functional during the integration.<br><strong>Policy Contribution<\/strong>: Assist in managing and documenting policies that underpin integration efforts.<br><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration<\/strong>: Work closely with various teams and grids within the AAB organization, contributing to coordination and alignment across all stakeholders.<br><strong>Problem-solving<\/strong>: Provide input and ideas to resolve integration challenges and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.<br><strong>Continuous Improvement<\/strong>: Recommend improvements to integration strategies and processes, supporting the program&rsquo;s goals and objectives.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><p><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/p> <p>Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Developer, or in a similar role within a complex environment.<br>Experience in IT\/IT development and familiarity with technical systems.<br>Strong background in working with <strong>data<\/strong>, including <strong>data mapping<\/strong>, <strong>data models<\/strong>, and a robust understanding of <strong>data management<\/strong>.<br>Experience in understanding and contributing to <strong>policies <\/strong>and <strong>policy documentation<\/strong>.<br>Knowledge and experience in the <strong>financial industry\/banking sector<\/strong> is a pre.<br>Familiarity with <strong>lease and commercial finance products and processes<\/strong>, especially in relation to data management, is a plus.<\/p> <p><strong>Soft:<\/strong><br><strong>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills<\/strong>: Persuasive, constructive, critical, and collaborative in engaging with diverse stakeholders.<br><strong>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/strong>: Ability to dissect challenges and propose actionable solutions within the program framework.<br><strong>Proactive and hands-on approach<\/strong>: A self-starter who actively participates in driving change and achieving results.<br><strong>End-to-end mindset<\/strong>: Focused on understanding processes holistically and contributing to their optimization.<br><strong>Team player<\/strong>: Able to collaborate
