The Developer Portal team is end-to-end responsible for the distribution and delivery of developer products to KPN and its customers, suppliers, and partners. It’s an international team where English is the working language.
The entire team works from the Rotterdam office two days a week; the remaining days are remote by default. The team follows the Agile/Scrum methodology, values autonomy, and places high importance on trust, humor, and responsibility.
The team consists of 13 people with a wide range of expertise: front-end developers, API specialists, OPS/Infra (AWS), and back-end developers.
Function
To support the growth and rollout of our commercial and technical ambitions, we are looking for a new team member (m/f) to assist with operational tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring the api_developer mailbox:
• Approving/rejecting projects in Apigee after necessary checks
• Handling support questions / ServiceNow tickets
• Answering general (basic technical) questions
Monitoring traffic in Apigee/Elastic/OpenSearch:
• Detecting anomalies
SMS services:
• Supporting customer onboarding
• Guiding the SID process
• Proactively identifying disruptions (e.g., with Odido or elsewhere in the chain) and communicating them
Mobile Service Management services:
• Onboarding customers in systems like Comarch and Apigee
Other APIs:
• Handling inquiries based on documentation
• Escalating help requests within the team
